Suburban Patrol Concepts

This class will focus on proactive patrol concepts to prevent crime before it happens and to stop crimes in progress. We will reference case law and state statutes.

This class is for all Patrol Officers and Patrol Supervisors, with a focus on suburban areas.

Officers will not only learn how to be more thorough and safe during proactive contacts, but they will also learn how to navigate their careers as proactive officers.

The goal of this course is not only to create and develop highly effective patrol officers and patrol supervisors but also to turn those same officers into leaders of their Departments.
