Advanced AR15/M16/M4/AR308 Armorer Course

This advanced armoring course elevates participants' expertise and practical capabilities to a professional level. The program has been successfully delivered across the nation for over a decade and has received recognition in major firearms publications, including SWAT Magazine coverage in March 2006, September 2004, and December 2006.

Course Duration: 2 days (16 hours total), running from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily with a one-hour lunch break

Cost: $550.00

Prerequisites: Participants must have completed the SLR15 AR15/M16/M4/AR308 Armorer Course within the previous 24 months.

Instruction: The course is taught by FBI and NRA Certified Instructors who follow manufacturer guidelines throughout the training.

Course Content: This intensive hands-on program covers cycles of function, complete disassembly and assembly, identification of common problems and components, chamber reaming and polishing, accessories and upgrades, barrel replacement, internal barrel inspections, feed ramp and crown repair, detailed maintenance, sight and distance considerations, ballistic issues, headspacing and inspections, trigger jobs, comprehensive troubleshooting and repair, M16 and burst conversions, free float barrels, tuning and harmonics, customization techniques, and custom tool and fixture fabrication.

Materials: Participants should bring their own weapon system.
