Incident Command in Practice

This specialized 2-day, 16-hour course utilizes tabletop exercise (TTX) simulation methodology to prepare police supervisors for real-world command scenarios. Participants engage in hands-on practice managing critical incident response, including command decision-making processes, resource allocation and coordination, and effective management of evolving and expanding incidents.
