Course Overview

This seminar equips new and veteran police supervisors with the skills and confidence needed to manage subordinate staff effectively and lead within their organization. Participants will learn proper documentation and reporting procedures for behavioral and performance concerns, ensuring that corrective actions and disciplinary measures—when warranted—are implemented appropriately. The course also addresses strategies for managing challenging employees and explores how supervisory demeanor and presence function as valuable management tools.
