Course Overview

This seminar equips new and experienced police supervisors with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage and lead subordinate staff. Participants will learn proper documentation and reporting procedures for behavioral and performance issues, enabling supervisors to implement training, corrective action, and discipline appropriately. The course also covers strategies for managing difficult employees, using supervisory presence as a management tool, and building confidence in your leadership role.
