This two-day intensive event prepares female law enforcement officers to perform at their highest level by combining advanced tactical instruction with comprehensive personal development strategies. Day One Focus: Advanced Tactical Skills

The first day emphasizes core tactical competencies drawn from the Female Enforcers program. Participants will explore principles governing use of force decisions, examine critical high-risk scenarios, and master contemporary tactical approaches designed specifically for advanced mental, physical, and tactical proficiency.

Day Two Focus: On and Off-Duty Survival

The second day covers the redesigned "Both Sides of The Badge" curriculum, which examines the multifaceted challenges female officers navigate throughout their 24/7 law enforcement careers. Through collaborative discussion and experience-sharing, participants explore emotional, relational, and professional dimensions of the job, moving beyond basic stress management to achieve peak performance and sustained excellence.
