This comprehensive two-day event is specifically designed to prepare female law enforcement officers with the tactical expertise and personal development strategies needed to perform effectively in today's challenging law enforcement environment. The program addresses both the physical and holistic demands that women officers encounter, while building a supportive community focused on shared experiences and practical solutions.

Day One features an interactive exploration of the core "Female Enforcers" curriculum, concentrating on tactical fundamentals, use of force decision-making, analysis of high-risk situations, and cutting-edge advanced mental, physical, and tactical skill development.

Day Two presents the redesigned "Both Sides of The Badge: Surviving On and Off Duty as a Female Enforcer" program, which examines the unique challenges female officers face throughout their 24/7 law enforcement careers. Through collaborative discussions and shared experiences, participants explore emotional, relational, and professional obstacles encountered both during and outside of work hours. Rather than focusing solely on emotional survival, this segment emphasizes achieving peak performance to survive and thrive in all aspects of life.
