This comprehensive two-day event is specifically designed to prepare female law enforcement officers with the tactical expertise and personal development strategies needed to perform effectively in today's challenging law enforcement environment. Day Two presents the redesigned "Both Sides of The Badge: Surviving On and Off Duty as a Female Enforcer" program, which examines the unique challenges female officers face throughout their 24/7 law enforcement careers. Through collaborative discussions and shared experiences, participants explore emotional, relational, and professional obstacles encountered both during and outside of work hours.
