Title 39 & DWI New Jersey Case Law
This single-day intensive program provides law enforcement professionals with a thorough examination and analysis of New Jersey's Motor Vehicle Code, specifically Title 39. Prerequisite: Must be a sworn law enforcement officer. J. Harris Academy of Police Training promotional students attend this course at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted 48 hours prior to the training date. Attendee modifications and officer replacements may be made at any time, including on the day of the program. Cancellations received after the 48-hour deadline will result in a charge equal to 50% of the tuition cost.
