Drug Unit Supervisor

This course is designed to motivate and empower the student supervisor to effectively and safely supervise narcotic units. Information will be presented to address organization, financial disbursements, personnel selection, political issues, and common problems that arise during narcotic assignments like evidence accountability, asset forfeiture, and other legal and liability issues.
