Integrating Emotional Intelligence into Field Training Programs

This workshop represents a significant advancement in law enforcement training, marking the first major update to Field Training Programs since the San Jose Model was established in 1972. Participants will gain access to turn-key tools and templates designed to facilitate smooth integration into existing training programs.

The workshop is tailored for Field Training Officers, Supervisors, and Training Coordinators who are responsible for updating and developing Field Training Programs within law enforcement agencies. The curriculum addresses a critical gap in current training methodologies by combining operational training with personal development through the integration of practical and measurable Emotional Intelligence components.
