This flagship hands-on intensive program provides comprehensive training in covert entry methods, with emphasis on lock picking and lock bypassing techniques. The course has trained over 2,000 personnel and is designed for law enforcement and military professionals seeking practical skills applicable to real-world field operations.
Course Focus: Participants gain practical experience defeating a wide variety of locking mechanisms, including deadbolts, knob locks, padlocks, aircraft locks, electronic access systems, vehicle locks, pushbutton mechanical locks, digital and mechanical safes, hotel room doors, and magnetic hardware. The curriculum also covers specialized lock bypassing techniques that enable entry in under seven seconds, as well as methods for defeating evolving lock designs such as the YL-99 electronic doorknob lock.
Training Approach: The program utilizes saturation lock picking training methodology, keeping participants actively engaged with locks and picks throughout nearly the entire class duration. This intensive hands-on approach enables graduates to apply their newly acquired skills immediately upon returning to field work.
Eligibility: Attendance is restricted to sworn law enforcement officers and active duty military personnel only.
