As a trusted, professional partner with the community it serves, the Ayer Police Department’s goal is to reduce the opportunity and the fear of crime, and to enhance public safety by protecting the lives, dignity, and property of those within the Town of Ayer. The Ayer PD is also the host agency of the Ayer Shirley Regional Emergency Communications Center. The Ayer PD and ASRECC has a dedicated, full time staff offering 24hr emergency services.
