Refund Policy

PoliceApp.com provides recruitment and selection services and application management for public safety agencies. When a department or recruitment process require an application or registration fee those fees will be collected by PoliceApp.com prior to the submission of the application. Application or Registration fees are clearly marked and must be paid at the time that an application is submitted. Full payment must accompany your application. MasterCard, Visa or American Express will be accepted. Application or Registration Fees are non-refundable. For this reason it is important that you review the department's minimum employment requirements before submitting an application. Departments will eliminate candidates who do not meet the department's minimum requirements or applicants who incorrectly complete applications.
