Settled in 1762, Claremont, New Hampshire is conveniently located along the banks of the Connecticut and Sugar Rivers in the beautiful Connecticut River Valley. With an early history of textile manufacturing and machining, the mill district along the Sugar River defines the skyline and the pride of quality production that built the City. Claremont is the only city in Sullivan County and has a population of approximately 13,000 residents. The commercial / retail area of the city is easily accessible from Interstate 91 and draws traffic from surrounding areas in both New Hampshire and Vermont.
