Job Announcement:

Starting Salary range:   $48,877 to $56,682 (annual salary, dependent on qualifications)

DUTIES:      IT technicians diagnose computer problems, monitor computer-processing systems, install software, and perform tests on computer equipment and programs. Technicians may also set up computer equipment, servers, network switches, access points, schedule maintenance, troubleshoot networks and teach clients to use programs. Other job duties can include minor repairs and computer parts ordering.

Minimum Requirements:  Proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position.  Basic knowledge of LAN and wireless networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).  Knowledge of VMWare, vSphere, EXSi.  Knowledge of MS Server OS.  Knowledge of servers, NAS, and DAS.  Degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field, or equivalent experience in the field.   May have to lift and carry heave equipment.  

Hiring process:  Will consist of a panel interview; an evaluation of prior education and work experience; a criminal history and credit history background check; and a successful completion of a post offer, pre-employment drug screen.  There will be a rigid personal and work background investigation.
